Reports can be made in person or only through the Patent Attorney. On the Patent Office’s website there are databases, containing collections previously reported for protection and granted exclusive rights. You can also find information on applicable legal acts in the field of industrial property rights and current official fees related to the activities of the Office. Application forms and basic procedures for national and regional reports are also available.
EUIPO
The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market in Alicante in Spain is the office for the filing of Community trade marks and industrial designs covering the protection of the territory of the European Union. The website contains up-to-date databases of registered characters and designs as well as currently binding forms. You can also find out about current fees for the exclusive rights notified or revoked.
EPO
The European Patent Office which is directed to filing inventions in order to obtain a European patent with a subsequent intention to validate it in selected European countries. The EPO website contains a comprehensive collection of information together with databases of current applications and patents. It also describes the procedure for filing applications that you can submit yourself or through the European Patent Attorney and current fees.
WIPO
World Industrial Property Organization based in Geneva, Switzerland. On its website are available databases of international applications made through WIPO. It is the most important pillar of international industrial property law that brings together all kinds of international exclusive rights. Has a rich database. It also provides calculator simulators for calculating international applications and information on current fees.
